Your web site has been moved to a new server owned by Click logic. Our new server is about 4x more powerful than the old one. Since the new server is a Windows 2008 server and the old server was a Linux server, the migration process was completely manual. There are some changes that you should know about.
Control Panel
The old server used cPanel which is not available for Windows. Hence, we are now using Plesk instead of cPanel. The functionality is about the same, but the look and feel is somewhat different.
Username: your domain ( such as clicklogicinc.com )
Password: sent in welcome letter
Email
All the mail accounts and messages from the old server have been migrated to the new server. However, we had to change all passwords to a default value. The migration email will have your new password.
For pop3 email (such as outlook or Thunderbird), you do not have to change anything except your password.
As before, use the web site to access your email, setup auto-forwarders, etc.
Username: your email address
Password: default sent in welcome letter
Incoming mail server ( Pop3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server ( SMTP ): mail.yourdomain.com ---- however, we recommend you use the SMTP server provided by your ISP.
FTP
To FTP files directly to the server, please use an FTP client, add ftp to the front of your domain name like this: ftp.yourdomain.com . For FTP, your account has a special username and password provided in your welcome letter.
